  • The Gala dinner (Wed 10.06) and the Conference Tours (Excursions Fri 12.06.) are NOT included in the registration fee.

Cancellation and refund policy for the ICPMG 2026 conference registration:

  • By cancellation of the registration, a fee of CHF 450.00 (full fee), or CHF 250.00 (for students/technicians’ program) will be retained.
  • Cancellation is possible until three weeks before the start of the conference.
  • Cancellations after 18 May 2026 are not refundable.
  • Cancellation of Tours and Gala Dinner is not refundable.
