Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the conference: Full refund minus a processing fee of CHF 50.

Cancellation more than 3 weeks before the conference: Partial refund (70% of the registration fee).

Cancellation less than 3 weeks before the conference: No refund (unless there are special circumstances, such as illness with a medical certificate – please contact us via email).
